Dr. Ward was born and raised in southern California. She moved to the south where she received her bachelor’s degree in Biology at Auburn University. She then obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Midwestern University in Phoenix.
Her passion for veterinary medicine developed at a young age as her home was always filled with rescues. After volunteering at shelters and working as a veterinary technician, she witnessed the vast impact animals have on our lives (and vice versa.) She hopes to continue to build and maintain this bond with her clients and their pets. Her special interests include small animal dentistry and internal medicine.
When Dr. Ward is not working, you can find her out hiking with her beagle Selah, waterskiing or watching some college football!
